such a cute pattern. :) that dress is adorable. Also, I have 2 machines and a serger, if you ever need to borrow one.
Aw thanks :)
So, so cute! This reminds me why I adore mid-to-late 30s patterns and have been hunting high and low for an affordable and cute on on Ebay lately: the details! That neckline shirring/gathering is so sweet. Out of curiosity: is it made by a casing or just shirred to create the gathers below the neckline? I'm rather curious...Best of luck getting your machine up and running again--can't wait to see your version of this! :)
I love the neckline detail! Good luck getting your machine running...what's the trouble?
It's something to do with the bobbin, I may get a manual on ebay, that could help me figure it out.
What a great dress! I remember when my machine was on the fritz and it drove me crazy! good luck in the fixin area ;D!
Great pattern! I've been drawn to 1930's patterns lately, too. Something about their simplicity and very feminine details. That bodice is great! Good luck :) Can't wait to see the finished product!
